  • Clip and Go Agility wants you to be satisfied with the products that you have purchased, and we also want to give you adequate time to examine your purchases. If for any reason a product does not meet your expectations, just return it to us within 30 days after purchase. We will cheerfully extend an exchange, credit, or refund (excluding shipping costs). Products that arrive defective or that become defective within 30 days of shipment may be returned for credit, a refund, or exchanged for a replacement product. All merchandise returned to Clip and Go Agility must be in as-new condition and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns and exchanges (both the return of the merchandise to Clip and Go Agility and the cost for us to ship any new or replacement items to you) unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival or unless Clip and Go Agility has made an error in the shipment.
